Verdict
Luca Cumani had a choice of entries with Ettrick Water this week so it has to be considered significant that he is staying local with the five-year-old for this engagement. Molcon, Leobarello and Kool head the list of dangers and can scrap it out for the minor honours; with Molcon just preferred to come out on top in that personal battle. Neville Callaghan's charge has held his form well since winning off 77 at Ascot earlier in the season and is a big danger to all off just a 6lb higher mark. However, the handicapper has been lenient with Ettrick Water and the son of Selkirk has the ideal opportunity to exploit a fair chance at the weights again here. Kool is weighted to get a lot closer to the selection this time around and will be hard to keep out of the frame. However, Darryll Holland did not have to get really serious with Etterick Water when the two came into opposition at Kempton at the start of this month and the partnership are expected to confirm their superiority with a similar display tonight.
