Verdict
Not much form to go on and the market should provide valuable clues as to the outcome. Of those to have raced, Ego is the pick following a promising effort when fifth in a useful Newbury maiden earlier in the month. Geoff Wragg's charge will be sharper for the experience and will set a fair standard for some well-bred newcomers such as Chic who is out of a Group 1 winner and hails from the family of 2,000 Guineas hero Entrepreneur. This Fillies Mile entrant makes plenty of appeal while Alexander Prince and Prince Tum Tum are others who hail from yards that can ready a juvenile to win at the first time of asking.
