    Verdict

Mr Napper Tandy has found one too good in each of his last three starts but Mick Channon's colt looks to have been found a suitable opportunity to resume winning ways and gets the vote to do that ahead of St Philip and Mimisel. The last mentioned showed progressive form last term until disappointing when upped in grade on her final start and she looks best watched on her reappearance. The Michael Jarvis-trained Prince Forever was well held in the Champagne Stakes when last seen and may be best watched, while Tariq was probably outclassed in the French 2,000 Guineas when last seen and is hard to weigh up. Ralph Beckett's St Philip may be better than he showed on his final start of last season and could be of interest but Mr Napper Tandy has solid claims and he gets the vote.
