In an interesting affair, Bon Bon gets the vote ahead of Boundless Prospect, Prince Samos, Torinmoor and Double Deputy. The progressive Bon Bon came good over a mile on good to soft at Doncaster last time and, given that the step up in trip should suit her, she looks set to run well here. Boundless Prospect could also appreciate the step up in trip and, given that he ran well on good to soft over a mile last time, should not be hindered by the going. Prince Samos is another that could also improve for an extra two furlongs and is considered, while Goodbye Mr Bond has proven himself on the going and at the trip and cannot be dismissed from calculations. Desert Cristal has it to prove at the trip, while recent winner Instructor has not proven himself on the going. The lightly-raced Godolphin runner, Double Deputy, is open to improvement, and he holds no trip or going concerns, Lucayan Legend has something to prove at present, but Torinmoor's form is solid and he has to be considered, although his stable could be in better form. With Catch A Star lacking a run this season, we return to the selection, which is Bon Bon.
