Verdict

The selection is Misbehaviour with the chief dangers being Without Pretense, Hawadeth and Don Fernando. Misbehaviour, trained by Gary Moore ran a really good race at Kempton a couple of weeks ago behind Ndolo and having won at Plumpton in February beating Anna Panna quite easily, should have every chance of winning this event. Without Pretense showed greatly improved form to be third in a big field behind Long Road at Wincanton at the beginning of the month. If maintaining that upward curve, he could well take a hand here. Victor Dartnell's Hawadeth is a frustrating sort but has the ability to be a contender in this race if putting his best foot forward. Don Fernando has run in much better company than this over the years and can improve for only his second outing in two years at Aintree last month. The selection though is Misbehaviour who is taken to add to his tally here.
