      Verdict

Black Baccara is the only recent winner in the field but couldn't follow up his Folkestone victory off a higher mark back at the same track last time. Atlantic Beach looks in the handicapper's grip, but Select Committee had Secret Venue behind when going close at Thirsk a week ago and has leading claims dropping down in grade. ABSA LUTTE has also been racing in better class sprints of late and, having slipped down to a decent mark and with Kieren Fallon taking over the reins, she could well return to winning ways here.
