Verdict
A tricky race to conclude matters where Libre, Karoake and Desert Royalty all hold claims. Libre is no worldbeater but holds his form fairly well. He seemed to handle nine furlongs well enough at Ayr and although he has the tables to turn on Karoake with a step up in weights and a favourable pull at the weights. Miss Grace had bits and pieces of form on the all-weather but is yet to transfer that ability to the turf. Desert Royalty would have chances on a victory at Windsor and was perhaps a little unlucky in running at Goodwood last time out. Frixos has plenty of questions to answer after a truly shocking performance at Bath last time out.
