Verdict
Carbutt's Ridge has won at Southwell and was placed at Hamilton off today’s mark last week. Tricky Dicky has won over 6f in heavy going at Redcar but was well beaten over today’s longer trip last time. Pickett's Charge scored over 7f on the Turf at Newcastle last year but another chance goes to PREMIER CURRENCY (NAP). He’s won twice at Kempton but it was an even better effort to go close in testing ground over track and trip in April and Mike Murphy’s charge gets the nod on that form. St Andrews makes more appeal than Bit Of A Quirke now handicapping for the first time.
