Verdict

ENKI FLACKE (NAP) has to give 7lb and upwards all round but Gordon Elliott does so well with his Perth raids and the gelding was always in charge when easing home over course and distance last month. He sets a demanding standard for his rivals, of which fellow Irish raider. Holmes St Georges, looks the likeliest challenger. The Crawford charge was a decisive winner at Musselburgh before coming home in mid-division in a stronger bumper at Fairyhouse. He now makes his hurdling bow. Ain't No Sunshine also jumps hurdles for the first time and has something to prove after twice failing to fire after making a winning bumper debut at Kelso in February.
