Verdict
This is a very trappy heat where a few of them have a little to prove, and thus a cautious approach is advised. Grand Slam would enter the calculations on the pick of his form and although he has excuses for last time (pulled up lame), he has to concede plenty of weight all-round. Golden Hawk went well around here last time in a similar contest, and could aid his locally based handler to get one over on some of the more established names from the world of training.
