    Verdict

Commercial Express is taken to defy topweight at the expense of Incas and Four Schools. Commercial Express goes well round here, having won twice over the course-and-distance under Timmy Murphy during the summer. He was caned by the handicapper after the last of those victories though, lining up on a 23lb higher mark here next time. However, that was over three miles, and he was never put into the contest by Graham Lee, so back over his best trip, and with Murphy back on board, hopes are high that he can shrug off his big weight to bounce back. Lucinda Russell is double-handed with Seeyaj and Incas, and the latter lines up in good form, having won his last two starts. The last of those was over hurdles here at Perth, but he is not so kindly treated back over the bigger obstacles. Nevertheless he has a fitness edge over Four Schools who has been absent since unseating at Wincanton in January. He was going well the time before at Ascot when also ditching his rider, and for that reason is best watched until we know that Jonjo has ironed out his problems. Commercial Express has plenty of weight, but still makes most appeal.
