Verdict

Morgan Be sets the standard here in another tricky contest with Classic Capers and Kock de Vesvre both worth noting. The selection has risen six pounds for his latest win and could still be one step ahead of the handicapper as he bids for a hat-trick of wins. He has won four times this season and looked good after coming back from a break to win at Ayr last time out. If repeating that effort he will prove difficult to beat. Classic Capers unseated his rider in the Scottish national but had previously show enough form to give him a live chance in this. The ground should suit as he has needed cut in the ground in the past so with the rain in the ground he can put in a bold effort. As can Kock de Vesvre who has run well in staying events this season without troubling the judge and we can see the same thing happening this time around. So for the winner we return to Morgan Be.
