Penny Pot Lane recorded a third course victory here two weeks ago and is well drawn again but only beat one home racing off this mark in the race 12 months ago. STARTER FOR TEN (NAP) finally delivered at Leicester earlier this month having been similarly well backed in his two previous starts. A 3lb rise isn’t excessive but he does have an outside draw. Wots The Wifi Code has been threatening to get his head in front and Inexes knows where the winning post is here. Sir Roderic is back on a winning mark but an extra furlong wouldn’t have come amiss.
