Verdict
Jill Rose has been in cracking form on soft ground but all of her wins have come over 6f and this is a big step up in class. Paul Midgley’s pair Mid Winster and James Watt, go on the shortlist but a high draw may have put paid to the chances of Abate. Bossipop may be able to grab the lead from stall five while John Kirkup who hasn’t done a lot wrong all year and has pulled the inside berth today, though hasn’t raced over the minimum in a very long time. OUR LITTLE PONY has dropped to a mark from which she should be capable of winning so could be the value.
