Verdict
Not a bad little contest to close the card and Our Emmy Lou looks the one for us, with Lucayan Dancer, Time Marches On and Tata Naka others to consider. The selection looks to have a decent chance at these weights and finally came good last time out when landing a Yarmouth claimer over 11 furlongs. The drop back in trip should not be a disadvantage around here and as she looked to have a fair bit more than the official seven lengths in hand that day she can follow up here. Lucayan Dancer should be involved at the finish. He drops back to this trip having been well beaten over 11 furlongs at Ayr last time, and it should be beneficial, while Time Marches On, who was a course and distance winner last time out looks booked for another good run, but has plenty to find at the weights with that other pair. Also high enough in the weights is Tata Naka, who proved her wellbeing with a 10 furlong Yarmouth win last time, but who also has to improve a fair bit to get home in front of some of these. The selection here then is Our Emmy Lou, who can run up another sequence for Sir Mark Prescott.
