Verdict

Paul Webber would be a very rare visitor to Ireland and isn't one to tilt at windmills so the presence of Newbury Listed winner House Island is greatly respected. Philip Kirby sends impressive Ayr winner December Second, who is by Teofilo and bred by Godolphin, from the UK but the form pick has to be ABACADABRAS. Gordon Elliott's charge couldn't quite go with Envoi Allen in the closing stages of the championship bumper at Cheltenham but wasn't beaten far and can get back to winning ways. Embittered has to be a threat as he wasn't far behind that winner in a Leopardstown Grade 2 while Willie Mullins has three entered. Barry O'Neill retains the partnership with Golden Spread, who completed a double when beating stable companion Mount Leinster at Fairyhouse last week while Jamie Codd is on board Colreevy, who won at this fixture a year ago and didn't reappear until last month.
