Verdict
Robin Thyme was easy to back on his reappearance here last month but ran well until lack of condition told. However, stablemate BE THE HERO was in touch when falling in what was probably a decent beginners’ event at Down Royal in November and could be the one to beat as he won twice over hurdles last spring. Brightest Flame should make a chaser but Velocity Boy’s best form has been over shorter and Oscar Lantern finished tailed off when favourite at Limerick in October and hasn’t been seen since.
