Another handicap in which Gordon Elliott is mob-handed, though none of his trio make particular appeal this time. Sambremont appears to be going backwards but As De Pique is holding his form well and fellow veteran Canaly appeared to catch most punters unaware when returning to winning ways here last month. BONNY KATE was third in the Troytown at Navan in November and filled the same position behind Champagne West in last month’s Thyestes Chase. She is almost certain to run her race again and is fancied to benefit from this drop in grade, though Folsom Blue gets a trip of note for the first time since fourth at this track last March and is worth a market check.
