Logans Lad has won two of his last three but has a big enough weight for what he's actually achieved. But Exotic Guest has been running consistently well since his victory at Newcastle in June and is just 4lb higher so has to be respected. The three-year-old Foxtrot Pearl gained a surprise victory over the course and distance a couple of weeks ago, when Another Royal was two lengths behind, but had earlier been behind CHOC 'A' MOCA here and it's Paul Midgley's consistent sprinter who can give Graham Lee another success. Gaelic Wizard had been gradually dropping in the weights before landing a Carlisle seller but will find this tougher and Ad Vitam looks to have more of a chance after two very good runs in this sort of grade here and at Newcastle.
