As with the rest of the card, another large turnout to bring the curtain down, with 20 amateur riders strutting their stuff at the seaside course. On present form there are a lot of donkeys on show here as well, and it is more in hope than optimism that we select Genhurich to prevail over Luke After Me. Glenhurich is partnered by Carol Williams who has few peers in these types of events, and her mount comes from a stable very much in form over the past few days. The six-year-old always goes well here, having been placed a number of times in the past, and although yet to lose his maiden tag, makes more more appeal than most of these. Luke After Me has failed to progress from his promising Ayr debut but the ability is obviously there, while Touch Of Fairy will do well to defy topweight.
