    Verdict

This is an interesting race, with Escape Plan, Zabeel House, Asaawir and Silidan all considered, with the vote going to Escape Plan. Escape Plan hails from the Eoghan O'Neill stable that is doing so well with its juveniles and Escape Plan comes here on the back of a Listed second-place in Germany following his debut win in Britain. He looks to hold a good chance here, as does Zabeel House, who also looked good in winning his maiden and then ran seventh in the Superlative Stakes, while Observatory Star was behind him in that Group 3 race. Asaawir stepped up markedly on her debut to score at Chepstow and, with the possibility of more improvement to come, she has to be considered. Silidan won well on his Newcastle debut and he too warrants the utmost respect, while Stonehaugh represents the Wylie/Johnson team, so has to be considered. Overall, though, we will stick with Escape Plan.
