    Verdict

Fight The Feeling is the TEAMtalk selection to record a first career success. The James Unett-trained gelding has had few miles on the clock so may well be open to further progress and had Lough Bow a length behind when the pair clashed over an extended 10f at Haydock and can confirm the placings on identical terms. The latter has winning form on a softish surface and will appreciate the step up in trip but looks a hard ride and is now blinkered for the first time. Mark Johnston has his team in good order but Crown Flyer has shown little and needs to show dramatic improvement to figure so Marakabei, a promising third in a similar heat at Brighton last time, may do best of the remainder.
