      Verdict

The track has been hit with a deluge of rain and survived three inspections so conditions will be extremely testing and a low draw in the opener should prove an advantage. With this in mind, Esatto is the tentative TEAMtalk selection to finally lose his maiden certificate. The three-year-old has been in good form of late and put up one of his best performances when a close third off this mark in softish conditions at Thirsk earlier in the month and a repeat should see him go close. Mia's Reform showed signs of a return to form with a fair third in a claimer last week and has place claims while Leonora Truce takes a drop in grade but has a bad draw so Water Baby, who acts on the surface and will be suited by reverting to the minimum trip, looks the each way alternative.
