In depth

Verdict

This looks wide-open but Nigel Tinkler’s pair, Violette Szabo and Bertie's Princess, are worth a market check near the foot of the weights. Go Well Spicy is another who could go well at a price and Out Of Breath was second off a higher mark over course and distance last year. Transcript and Oksana Astankova are the least exposed with the latter pouncing late to land an all-weather maiden last month. NAT LOVE was hampered when making ground at Haydock so a further 2lb might be generous and he gets the nod to resume winning ways.
