Bollin Felix won with plenty in hand a week ago and Tim Easterby's charge gets the vote to win again. Act Sirius and Ballet Boy make it to the shortlist. Like many of his relations, the selection was very much at home on soft ground at Pontefract last Monday and with similar conditions today, he can win again. He was dossing in front when winning that day and a 6lb penalty may not be enough to curtail his upwards progression. Music Review has shown a glimmer of ability in three starts to date and a mark of 65 may turn out to be lenient, however of more interest is Act Sirius. Howard Johnson's son of Grand Lodge showed very little on his recent reappearance at York but acted very well on soft ground when winning at Musselburgh on his second start. It may be folly to rule him out just yet, along with Honourable Love who continues to run adequately in defeat. Ballet Boy returns to the turf after a fair third on the all-weather. He handled cut when winning at Windsor on his penultimate start and looks to have further improvement within him. Sowdrey drops back in trip but s yet to encounter ground like this and so we will return to the progressive Bollin Felix to win again.
