Verdict

Not much worthwhile form to go on here however Coffee Cup shaped as if there would be improvement to come following her racecourse debut and she gets the vote to score ahead of Erin Thomas and Best Suited. Alan Swinbank's daughter of Royal Academy made a pleasing debut at Carlisle when going down by just two lengths despite running very green. She started to get the hang of things late on and with nominal improvment, she may be capable of landing this maiden. Best Suited finished a length behind the selection on that occasion but should also improve for that run and with the stable's horses often improving markedly for their first outing. Turn And River is the most exposed of these and has claims although she may find several improving past her again, whilst Revue Princess should be watched for market support having run a pleasing debut. At a price newcomer Cheshire Rose should be monitored closely, however Coffee Cup gets the nomination.
