        Verdict

        PADDY POWER just gets the nod in a very tight handicap as he got off the mark at Chelmsford and hasn't been beaten far in two handicaps at this level over 5f subsequently. My Amigo is still on the upgrade though has gone up 6lb for landing a lower-grade handicap at Wetherby. Tim Easterby runs the consistent Bossipop, who ran his best race to date when just touched off at Pontefract last time, and Flying Pursuit, a course and distance winner on soft ground in August. Brilliant Vanguard has only run four times and won twice, the latest here a couple of weeks ago when Flowing Clarets was just over two lengths behind. He'll improve again but will need to in this better class with 5lb extra. Ordinal made all over 7f at Musselburgh but has scored twice over this trip on the all-weather while Rosina has been competing at a high level since completing a double in August.
