        Verdict

        A very modest race where nothing really stands out as a reliable selection for win only purposes. Therefore, a chance is taken with Senza Scrupoli, who has some experience of the course and has no questions to answer regarding his ability to see out the trip. Which contrasts the profile represented by Zabadou, Lord Wishingwell and Ballyrush, who all have their stamina prove as well as their resolution in a finish. Lucayan Belle is respected, as her yard has been in fair form up to date this season. However, the fitting of a visor for her debut is very off-putting and she may be best watched for this belated debut. So the process of elimination brings us back to the ex-Luca Cumani-trained Senza Scrupoli, as he arrives here fit from the jumps and simply has fewer negatives about him than the rest.
