Verdict
FAVOURITE CHILD improved from an earlier debut to score over today’s trip at Redcar. A 4lb penalty is negated by an apprentice’s allowance and she can go close again if handling the testing ground. Atomic Lady showed promise over 5f on fast going at Thirsk and is preferred to Jersey Rose while Torshi is related to a host of winners including the Listed sprinter Gusto and makes more appeal than Purple Bling and Tudor Queen.
