Verdict

A wide open handicap here and One To Follow gets the tentative vote to land it. Walter Swinburn's charge has not progressed as one would have envisaged. He has obviously had his training problems but indicated his turn in winning might not be too far away when second behind Royal Premier last time. Possibly left in front too far out, the larger field here will enable Adam Kirby get a more prolonged lead into the contest. Summer Of Love makes his first start for his new yard here having been formerly trained by Alan King. She is a one paced sort but is a contender for the placings. Bold Bobby Be will be suited by this step up to 12 furlongs and that should bring about the further improvement required for him to get involved. Ground conditions are the main concern for Mae Cigan as his best form is reserved when easier under foot conditions exist. Double Spectre returned to form with a second last time after some disappointing efforts on the all-weather. One To Follow is the form choice and is the selection.
