Verdict
A competitive contest with several of these still open to improvement and certainly capable of improving on their current ratings. Bravo Dancer is one of those in question as she beat the well-regarded Colophony in a photo at Newcastle last time, with the third nine lengths away. Mick Channon's filly faced a couple of stiff tasks as a juvenile and wasn't disgraced in the Listed Oh So Sharp Stakes behind subsequent Nell Gwyn winner Khulood. She could well turn out to be Listed class herself in time and if that is the case, she must win this. Honorine, a half-sister to the high-class Indian Creek is certainly going the right was and as the latter has got better as he has got older, much the same can be expected of her. Leo Boy looks to have plenty on at the weights, while course winner Golden Heart finally came good at the last meeting, but she is well exposed and lacks scope. Atahuelpa looks harshly treated on what he has achieved, so this looks best left to Bravo Dancer to continue her upward curve.
