In depth
Verdict
Night Hour gets the call here ahead of Kristinor and Top The Charts. Night Hour showed plenty of promise on his Kempton debut despite displaying inexperience and, with improvement likely, looks set to play a leading part here today. The same can be said of Kristinor, who rates a solid danger after showing promise at Newmarket. Top The Charts has displayed solid maiden form in two starts to date and, given that he will relish the step up to a mile, must also be considered. Looking at the others and Ancient Egypt is related to a number of winners, including Right Wing, as is his stablemate Bureaucrat. Top Gear is one to note in the betting, while Subyan Dreams would hold claims if getting back to the level of form that saw her placed at Listed level in August. The Saeed Bin Suroor-trained Tavalu showed little on his debut which, in turn, returns us to the selection, which is Night Hour.
