    Verdict

The short list contains Musical Romance, Yellow Card and Catspraddle, with the selection being Musical Romance. Raised three pounds for a Goodwood win, Musical Romance could be getting things together now and rates as a major player today in our eyes. Yellow Card is consistent and running well and still looks reasonably weighted so can go well. Mint and Mouchoir returned with fair efforts for the season, while Catspraddle won pretty well at Windsor last time and a penalty ought not stop him from running well again. It is hard to get too excited about a number of the others, which returns us to the selection, which is Musical Romance.
