Verdict

EQUITY LAW looked useful on his first two starts before disappointing at Chester, although the winner has since franked the form by landing the Ballyhane Stakes at Naas. Soft ground was given as the reason for that low-key run, and therefore the Balding colt is expected to produce a better performance here with the drop to the minimum trip also expected to suit. Cotai Vision and Mini Magna both face tougher assignments than when scoring last time. Indication Spirit arrives from the north in search of a four-timer and Karl Burke's charge remains well treated, especially with the promising Brandon Wilkie taking off a further 7lb. Two Tribes has yet to get his head in front but was only just beaten here last time in a decent maiden and is considered on handicap debut.
