Cormier possibly didn't take to the artificial surface last month and previous runs give him every chance - he was taken out at York on Friday and comes here instead. Ravens Ark has become a thoroughly likeable handicapper for the Morrison team and this mark should not be beyond him after a last-gasp Brighton success but PRAIANO (NAP) has given the impression on all starts that he will be better the further he goes. He took a while to get on top last time and seems sure to benefit from this additional quarter-mile off what rates a decent mark. Captain Haddock and the ultra-consistent Single complete the shortlist.
