Verdict
This is not as interesting as the first division but John Gosden saddles a potentially-decent newcomer in Buffalo River, who is a half-brother to a 7f winner. However, ALMANIA is likely to be short price having attracted significant market support on debut at Ascot. He only finished fourth but has some fancy entries and is likely to leave that first run well behind as he gains experience. Coup De Gold was a €155,000 yearling and is entered in the Royal Lodge so it’s likely William Haggas will have him ready. Pegasus Bridge could be one to watch in a nursery before the end of the year.
