Parisienne Gale can account for Regal Setting and Water Taxi. Parisienne Gale has been in cracking form of late and is currently making hay off a lower hurdles rating. She got a soft lead at Hexham and never looked like getting caught. If the jockeys allow her to do the same again - she should be good enough to punish them. Regal Setting was a big money purchase for Graham Wylie but he has never quite cut the mustard over hurdles. Any racecourse support would be interesting but the ex-Sir Mark Prescott inmate has proved expensive to follow and appearances on the racetrack limited. Water Taxi is consistent enough in his grade. He did not seem to stay 2m4f around here so the step down in trip will doubtless be welcomed by supporters. Unproven on the ground, the percentage call is to oppose. Bollin Thomas ran well in defeat at Kelso. A recent outing on the level should ensure matchfitness. Planters Punch did have form on fast ground during his flat race career but has struggled since the switch in codes. How Art Thou beat Water Taxi at Musselburgh and has an interesting jockey booking with Mick Fitzgerald booked. Parisienne Gale is technically ahead of the handicapper over hurdles so we will give her another chance on this occasion.
