Nonrunner

In depth

Verdict

If Greyside can repeat his debut run he would be a major player here, but a safer option could be Tirailleur, with Anchors Away also expected to be involved in the finish. The selection is very consistent in this type of company and put in solid effort when runner up to Andrea Gale here last time. This shorter trip will not be a problem and she should be there or thereabouts. Greyside disappointed a little last time behind Archimboldo, dropping away very tamely in the closing stages. If that wasn't just a blip he should be in the firing line. Anchors Away earned top-weight with some good efforts last season and although possibly in the handicappers grip he should still play a major part. That's Racing is another that could go well at a big price, but Tirailleur looks the most reliable here and she gets our vote.
