In depth

Verdict

Uneven Line enjoys it here and revels in the mud and is taken to make a winning reappearance from Another Taipan, Sparkling Taff and Dunguaire Lady. The selection was a c&d winner in identical conditions on her latest start on March 28th and has been given a break since. True enough, she has tended to need a run in the past, but after a relatively short absence she should still be up to landing this off just a 3lb higher mark. Another Taipan has yet to win but is gonig the right way judging on his second at Perth last week. That was with cut in the ground, though this is his first try on heavy. Sparkling Taff is by Alderbrook and should act with cut, but has not done so thus far and has plenty of weight, while Dunguaire Lady will be better suited but is still a maiden after 22 attempts and is one paced. the selection here then is Uneven Line.
