Verdict
Admiral Peary made hard work of landing the odds at Stratford but on that occasion, he did pull hard and providing that Charlie Egerton has managed to address that problem, he has a solid form chance here. Springfield Gilda has been a costly failure for her supporters in the past and while she stayed on to finish second at Market Rasen, she never looked like winning. Paperprophet's flat-race pedigree catches the eye and any market support for Nicky Richards' newcomer will be worth noting. Society Buck was ridden by an inexperienced pilot when finishing down the field in what was probably a fair bumper at Wetherby. He should go better for Richard McGrath.
