        A poor maiden gets proceedings underway but something has to win and the principals look to be Chestall, Zealand and Moldavia and the tentative vote goes to the last named. The selection is a well bred sort who is bred to be suited by this distance and she will not need to be anything special to take a hand in the finish in this desperate affair on her debut Zealand rates the main danger on his latest fourth behind Bijou Dan but he looked very one paced on that occasion and for that reason he is opposed Chestall is another worthy of respect on his latest second behind Bundaberg but he has had plenty of chances without taking one and for that reason he is opposed. Of the remainder Vittorioso is from a yard that does well and he is worth a cautionary look in the market but he needs to improve on what he has shown to score and for the winner we return to Moldavia.
