Verdict
Euwiluwil may make a winning debut here over some moderate sorts including Zadok The Priest, Parisian Storm and Bella Mary to name but three. That trio have all had their chances and have failed to take them so far, and it would therefore be no surprise if Euwiluwil popped in first time. Martin Pipe's ex-Irish Point-to-point winner has plenty of scope and will have been schooled well enough at Pond House. He could be the sort to rattle up a sequence during the summer, and can beat some so far disappointing sorts. Zadok The Priest went out like a light at Newton Abbot and is by no means a solid betting medium, nor is Bella Mary. Parisian Storm did at least plug on at the one pace when second at Hereford but is hardly one to drool over, and in a race in which bets should definitely be kept on the small side, we take Euwiluwil to open his account.
