Verdict

A small but select field go to post for this novice chase and the TEAMtalk selection is Ballycassidy. The gelding from the Alan King yard is held in high regard and he was a fair second behind Derrintogher Yank at Ludlow and this slightly softer ground should aid his cause. Druid's Glen rates the main danger. He won well on his fencing bow at Market Rasen and is sure to strip fitter for that run. Hunters Tweed won well at Perth but was very disappointing at Haydock last time out and will need to come back to his best to take a hand in the finish. Dunston Heath looks outclassed.
