        Verdict

        Extra Cover dispelled any doubts concerning his ability to stay this trip when easily getting the better of Game Guru over 1m4f here last and is fancied to confirm form with Paul Blockley's gelding, with Angelo's Pride rated the best of the remainder. The selection is well treated at the weights again and should be too classy for his rivals. Angelo's Pride won a handicap at Lingfield last time and has claims on that evidence but has yet to show that he is fully effective on this surface sp may be best watched at present. Vrisaki beat little when landing a maiden claimer here last month and this looks tougher especially over a distance that he has yet to show that he stays, while Titus Salt needs to improve on recent form but may do so now that he tackles a longer trip. Extra Cover holds solid claims on form though and he is hard to oppose.
