Our Kes, with Kieren Fallon up, gets the vote over Wiltshire, Tyrone Sam and Diction. The latter has to shoulder topweight but progressed from winning a seller here in the summer to landing a nursery and has not done too badly since then. However she is a just a bit too high in the weights to support in our eyes and preference is for Our Kes. Paul Howling's filly made her first trip to Wolverhampton pay off 12 days ago, and now lines up here for the first time as well, meaning that in her short career she will have raced at each of the three all-weather tracks. Kieren Fallon rode her at Windsor in September when she was still very much on a learning curve and it seems significant that he is back in the plate for her nursery debut. Drawn in stall three, she should get a good run up the inside and is fancied to follow up. Wiltshire has left Mick Channon since finishing third in a Newcastle seller two months ago, while Tyrone Sam was bought in for ¿6,000 after a selling victory here for his current yard in November. Another mundane affair then, with Our Kes the pick.
