        Not the strongest of maidens and Kevin Ryan, who had a couple entered in this at the five-days, relies on Victorian Dancer, who has been lucky with the draw and he is the selection to beat some moderate rivals. The selection wasn't beaten far behind subsequent Chesham Stakes fifth Sky Galaxy at Redcar last time, a reproduction of that effort would be more than good enough to land this. Sweet Military Man looks as though he will be suited by this step up in trip, having been found lacking in pace over the minimum. Related to a champion miler in Uraguay, there should be better to come from him. Cartronageeraghlad showed next to nothing on his debut at Wolverhampton earlier this month and is surely capable of better, while the locally trained Bishop To Actress will also need to leave her debut effort behind if she is to figure here. If there is to be a fly in the ointment it could be Could She Be Back, who comes from a family of smart sprinters including the Gimcrack winner Josr Algarhoud, but Victorian Dancer looks the percentage call and is the one most likely to lose her maiden tag.
