        Verdict

        Ricko, who was presented with the race last time when Lincoln Dancer departed at the last fence, had previously shown he was up to winning a small race over fences. Although he has a penalty to carry here, he has been found a soft event to follow up in. Useful hurdler Boogy Woogy hasn't exactly looked a natural over fences to date and is surely capable of better, while Mr Lamb, who was a more than useful hurdler at best, is interesting on this chasing debut. He has the scope to go chasing, but whether he retains his ability, we will have to wait and see.
