In depth

Verdict

Freddie Darling and Full Spes showed ability on their respective debuts without setting the world alight and FLASH DE TOUZAINE (NAP) is preferred on first start for Paul Nicholls. Not seen since a promising third of 14 last May in a decent Killarney bumper when only beaten a couple of lengths, this looks a good opening for the Kapgarde gelding on his return to action, That run certainly represents the best form on offer. Fleury has an each-way claim on the back of a fair effort here latest but it wouldn't be the biggest surprise if stronger threats came from Canastero and Thatsentertainment from the powerful yards of Hobbs and Tizzard respectively.
