Verdict

Nothing is easily eliminated but the Tizzard yard has a strong hand with MUFFINS FOR TEA and Theatrical Star. Cases can be argued for both but preference is for the former as he retains considerable scope for improvement after just five starts over the larger obstacles, during which he has progressed appreciably. He was a good winner around here on his penultimate start and should be in the mix once again. His stable companion may be 12 but is in good heart at present and should go well with Johnson booked. Crown Hill is another likely to figure as he continues to compile a really consistent sequence despite running off higher marks this season and It's Obvious shaped well on his chasing debut last time when third behind the selection. He'll improve for the experience and is well respected.
