Nonrunner
It could pay to take a chance on MR WOLF in this tight handicap; the list of dangers is headed by Guest Connections and Medici Time. The selection is a confirmed front-runner and from his high draw he should be able to dictate tonight. He had a pipe-opener at Ripon last month which should leave him spot-on for this, and this flat track should also suit his style of racing. Guest Connections could give him the most to think about as he won well at Hamilton last Sunday. He tends to reserve his best form for that track and he has a penalty today so there are reasons to oppose him. Medici Time ran well here last month and he looks as though he is improving. He has a good draw so if he can continue on an upward curve again tonight then he would be a leading player. Atlantic Beach is unexposed but he has been off the track since June and he may be sharper for this run. All of which returns us to Mr Wolf as the pick.
